Hens for Houston welcomes Biodiverse for Life, the first Houston non-profit to officially support our efforts to relax the city ordinance to allow Houstonians to keep urban chickens.

Biodiverse for Life’s mission:

– To encourage an appreciation for the underlying commonality and connectedness of all life, and the importance of maintaining high biodiversity for ensuring our survival.

-To support sustainable and organically grown food and habitat gardening at schools and homes.
